Tahir Sk, 21, son of the late Habibul Sk from Bishnupur Paschimpara, PS Kotwali, filed a complaint detailing a devastating incident that occurred on April 17, 2024. At approximately 10:30 AM, Tahir’s uncle, Jasim Sk, 35, son of Saheb Sk, was stationed with his motorcycle in front of Adhir Biswas’s residence in Gangabas, PS Kotwali.
During this time, a lorry bearing registration number WB-53C2195 collided with Jasim Sk from behind, the impact of which resulted from the driver’s reckless and negligent actions. Jasim Sk sustained severe bleeding injuries as a consequence of the collision. Local residents promptly transported him to Saktinagar District Hospital, where the attending medical officer declared him deceased upon arrival.
In addition to the tragic loss of life, Jasim Sk’s motorcycle was also significantly damaged in the collision.
