Radharani Shaw, wife of the late Shambhu Shaw, residing at Gate Road, M.G. Road near Samsan Kalibari, filed a grievous complaint at Kotwali Police Station. She reported that on April 14, 2024, between 13:00 and 13:15 hrs, her son, Babu Shaw, was en route to Dhubulia on his motorcycle. Tragically, during his journey, a truck bearing registration number WB-45-8137 collided with him from the rear at P.W.D. More. The reckless and negligent driving of the truck’s driver caused severe damage to Babu Shaw’s motorcycle and inflicted bleeding injuries upon him.
Babu Shaw was promptly rushed to Shaktinagar District Hospital, where the attending medical officer, upon examination, declared him brought dead.
