Complainant Dilip Kr. Das, residing in Vill-Asannagar Bazarpara, lodged a complaint stating that his son, Partha Pratim Das (38), was injured in a motorcycle accident on April 2nd around 10:30 AM. Partha Pratim Das was en route from Asannagar to Krishnagar, seated on the pillion of a motorcycle, when another motorcycle bearing registration number WB 52P-8134 collided with them near Jhawtala culvert on the Krishnagar-Majdia Road. The collision occurred due to rash and negligent driving by the motorcyclist.
As a result of the accident, Partha Pratim Das sustained injuries to his right leg, causing him to fall onto the road. Local bystanders rushed him to Saktinagar District Hospital, from where he was later transferred to Apollo Hospital in Kolkata. After receiving treatment, he was discharged on April 8th.
