A distressing incident unfolded in Bholadanga, under the jurisdiction of Nakashipara Police Station, Nadia, as Mr. Narottam Majumder, son of late Rajendra Majumder, lodged a grievance following a road accident involving his minor daughter.
According to the complaint, on March 30, 2024, around 09:00 hrs, the complainant’s daughter was innocently playing beside a local road when tragedy struck. Allegedly, Mr. Sabuj Biswas, son of late Sarath Biswas from Bholadanga Shimultalapara, Nakashipara, Nadia, recklessly maneuvered his motorcycle, colliding with the young girl in a rough and negligent manner.
The collision resulted in grievous injuries to the child, necessitating her immediate admission to N.R.S Hospital in Kolkata for medical treatment.
This incident highlights the grave consequences of reckless driving and underscores the need for heightened awareness and adherence to road safety measures.
