Bablu Halder, son of Chandichanran Halder from Kanua, PS Kaliganj, filed a complaint stating that on April 24, 2024, around 9:00 PM, he was returning home from Ballavpara by bicycle. Two motorcycles, bearing RC No. WB52BL5809 and WB42L/2077, collided with him on the Debagram Katwa Ghat road between Ballavpara and Khamarpara due to reckless driving.The collision resulted in serious injuries to the riders of both motorcycles and three others. They were promptly rushed to Katwa SD Hospital for treatment. Additionally, one E-rickshaw was damaged in the incident. Authorities are investigating the matter further.
